Barbara Carter, M.S., CVC
Barbara has an extensive background as a counselor of women's issues. The focus of her practice integrates talk therapy with specialized knowledge in the following areas: individual and transition counseling, career guidance, relationship issues, grieving loved ones and education of bio identical hormone therapy.

The hub of the Soul Shine Wellness Network is our boutique. More of a living room than a shop, the boutique is where we host our many educational seminars and workshops.
